ever since I started using public mobile people have been complaining that they can’t reach me. my line is disconnected I really need help with it.

You could try manually switching to 3G on your network to see if that helps…worth a try.

did you ever receive inbound calls? If not, you ported your number?
It looks like your porting was not completed and you might have already cancelled your old account with the old carrier

Did you port a number from another carrier? If yes, did you leave old SIM card in to confirm the port. Have you tried rebooting, resetting network settings, reinstalling SIM card? Do any services work at all?
