I’m suddenly not connected to the network. I did all the trouble shooting the chatbot thing offered and nothing works. Is there an issue with public mobile?Service

Network outage is over, at least where I am in Toronto.  Check now.

In your phone settings, change cellular network to 3G.  LTE network is down but 3G is working.

I'm having a similar issue. My phone is saying it's connected to Public Mobile, but data and ability to text suddenly vanished about an hour ago. Absolutely no settings changed and I'm nowhere near my data limit. 

Edit: it just as suddenly came back a couple of minutes ago.
