Network but no internet/data?

Just got back to Canada from a trip. Was not able to log into the site. Which we got resolved now my phone works with text and location but says there is no internet connection when I use Instagram, tick-tok or my web browsers. I have tried to reboot the phone multiple times ?

should be an APN issue. Fastest way to resolve is to "Reset All Networks".  Try

click Reset all networks on your phone.  

Also, check the VPN screen, make sure there is no VPN profile there.  Best to delete them if any showing there
