Hello,

my phone cannot send or receive texts and there is no network connection. I have restarted, taken out the SIM, reset the network, etc. Nothing is working. I can't even get into my account because it asks for a text. I'm posting this on a family members account. Please help.

Right, this has been another problem du jour. You'll need to contact support to fix it.

Actually I think I did change my plan and it would have changed last night. Post dated.

Calls work but show up as unknown.

I will call. Not suspended. Phone can make calls and receive. shows up unknown.

What about calls in and out (even though you said nothing)? Did you do a plan change for today?

try to call 1.855.4PUBLIC, enter 1 for english then your phone number.  What does it say about your service? is it suspended?
