Need to verify new phone number but code not sent

We are not getting the code to verify phone number. I'm thinking I should just cancel with public and go with a better company??

your service is working ? you can make calls and data work? 

you don't have to cancel, PM can help if you open a ticket.  Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

Is this new activation?  Did you keep the SIM card in the phone to receive the code?
