I don't know my password for self serve and I need to update my credit card info asap (it expired) can any mods help me? im currently locked out of self serve for trying too many passwords.

As stated above, private message a moderator, but expect 2-3 days wait time.
If you need to renew plan right away without service interuption, you can either buy payment vouchers in store (ie. Walmart, gas station, shoppers) or on line (via recharge.com) and load up vouchers by dialing 611.

You'll need to message the Moderator Team. They should be able to help you. It may take some time for a response depending on the amount of messages they are getting but they will get back to you and assist you!
