I would consider Muskbird instead. The fees differ based on the type of payment method used to pay them, but the fees are sometime less than the fees charged by some retail stores.

There's no live Customer Support at public mobile - there hasn't been for years.
If you're able to log into your self-serve account, you can use the registered payment card there to make a payment. If there isn't a registered payment card on the account, you can add a credit card or a Visa debit and make a payment that way.
The other way is by purchasing payment vouchers, but you have to go and find one to do that.
