Need to set up "My Account"

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Need assistance in setting up "My Account"  for autopay.   Created community account.  

What next steps are needed?

Hi @Lauren_Ollsin do you have a My Account setup yet?  you need to setup auto payment there.


if not, please open ticket with PM CS agent , they will help with My Account setup


at :

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM


If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@Lauren_Ollsin   The self serve account is created at the same time as you activate a new number unless you activated previously with a retailer like Walmart or London Drugs in which case you would now need customer to create My Account for you.  Submit a ticket via this link if you never created your own self serve account:


edit:  actually are you activating a new number with PM?  Then as long as you have your PM SIM and a CC or Debit Visa, you can activate your account here:

@Lauren_Ollsin you need to login to My Account, then go to payment page, manage payment method to enable Pre-authorized payments there
