Need to reset my email

forgot my email for sign in to my account

Only a CS_Agent can help you reset your email. You can contact them by creating a ticket on SIMon Chatbot or private message.

Also you can do a search through possible emails for the “Welcome to PM” email. Once you found it then and login or hit Forgot Password to reset the password.

@dunglee   try to use Reset Password link there first.  You can put in all the possible email addresses and see which one get the email to reset

 

if that does not work, then PM support is your friend, open ticket with them:

 

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
