Who registered your SIM and account?
Only a CS_Agent can help if you know your security PIN etc.

So you signed up in a store? Does one get a welcome email doing that I wonder? If so then the account number is hidden in that.
But otherwise you need the support people as above.

your account number can be found in your self serve account profile, to reset or change your email
