My credit card, which I used to pay my son’s monthly plan, was hacked and I had to cancel it. I want to add my new credit card number to my account, but I forgot my password. I tried to get a new one, but the email to reset my password never arrived after several attempts.
I opened a ticket, but was asked for my PIN, which, as it turns out, I have also forgotten.
Is there any way to do a reset from your end to let me enter my new credit card number? Or do I need to set up a new account?
