I've spent more than an hour trying to do this. At this point PM has probably sent me 10 texts to authorize me I've never gotten any closer. Is the Public Mobile/EverSafe system totally whacked or it just me?

I finally got it. I respect the low price I pay with PM but I hate with a passion the website. It's ungodly slow and to my mind disorganized. I actually go make myself tea after logging in and come back later to see if it's finally loaded. The EverSafe solution also bugs me, I don't understand why PM felt they had to outsource security. The whole web experience is awful. I tried to download the app thinking it might be better but it won't run on my old cell phone.

1.Login My Account
2. Go to Profile tab
3. Click Manage EverSafe ID
4. now you cam update

Login to your account and go to the profile tab, click manage eversafe ID, and then you can change your email address from there.
