Need to change My Account email.

The email I originally used to register with PM was hacked.

No longer receive emails at that emails address 

Could not update My Account email address.

SiMon said go to Community to start ticket. Registered with

Community with new email address and here I am asking for a ticket.

Round and round.

Thanks. That helped. Succeeded in submitted and getting a ticket. Very confusing process.

SIMon shouldn't be sening you to the Community to open a ticket because all tickets are supposed to opened inside SIMon.  @J_PM, can you get the programmers to correct this chatbot response?

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
