Hello, I'm currently on the $10 plan but I future dated to change to the $40/4.5 GB plan on my next cycle. I have decided that I want to continue with the $10 for the next month. I tried to cancel my future dated plan but I am unable to do so (I'm getting a system error message). I have done this in the past with no issues so I'm not sure what's going on now. Some assistance with this would be much appreciated. Thanks. Vee

incognito mode did the trick. Thanks for your help!

The self service website can be finicky at times. You can clear cache, try incognito mode/privacy mode or even another web browser. Or sometimes give some time in between tries.
