Need the port request re-sent

My wife and I ported over our numbers from Virgin mobile over the weekend or so we thought. We have both replied yes to the port request, but it sounds like that may not have gone through for whatever reason. SMS sending/receiving is spotty with Public mobile network for the moment. 

I'm on a Pixel 6, and my wife on a Galaxy S21 Ultra.

 

I believe that we both just need the Port requests sent to our numbers.

IMEI was the problem source, while it might work, it will ususlly cause trouble.  Please provide them the account number of yoru Virgin account

Old accounts are still working. We used the IMEI from our phones. 

Both requests were replied to.

yes, the Yes reply has to be done within 90 mins,not sure if you missed the window

but PM porting team can re-initiate the process, just call them.  I will send you the number to your Community inbox.
