@littlegirl85rj, unfortunately, it is not possible for us to access to call logs that far behind.
We offer a prepaid service only, once an account is deactivated there is no self-serve account related to it and we have access to only 90 days behind.

@Shazia_K can you please help @littlegirl85rj with how to request a historical statement/history info? Thank you! (EDIT: or whether it's even possible, given the time period in question is 2015 and also she is no longer a customer)

Only the last 90 days is available; you can find that in your account under the Plan and Add-ons tab.
