I successfully installed the eSIM to my husband's phone (for some reason I was having trouble), this was fine using the QR code received via email after subscription. Then we deleted it from there to try to my new iphone. If we knew before now would not delete it but of course easy to look back. Now when trying to install the eSIM to my iphone the code does not work is says "code expired".
We realised after searching that the original email says that if precisely this happens then we need a new eSIM issued. So, we are in search for Customer Support that can simply reissue a new eSIM! Seems simple enough but we havent had a response in 48h (since Saturday afternoon) via private messages or chatbot or raising a ticket.
To make matters more complicated I can't use the app for some reason and to access my account via web the EverSafe 2-factor authentification sends an SMS to validate my identity to the phone number this phone number I don't have access to (eSIM deleted) and so I also cannot access the account. There is no option to send the code to my email.
I hope Customer Service sees this and can help fast @CS_Agent

Buying a new eSIM works ($5 not free but, oh well) and managed to activate it. I had to buy it through my account in the app on another device as my app was not working and the 2 factor authentifixation has no option for email at all. Thanks

you might still be able to buy the esim yourself , if you can login and get the 2FA code via email.
when you login the app, click Didn't receive code or Resend code and check if Send email option is there, if so, use it. If you can login, go to Account page, Purchase sim card and buy esim
but if you cannot get the code, ask PM agent to help, you might need to change to physical sim first before you can change to eSIM
