Create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
Keep asking SIMon to "contact human" for one or more times. SIMon will eventually show you the "Submit a ticket" button. Click on submit button to get the create ticket screen.

Log into your self serve account and it should be on the top right hand corner.

@ivanabozinovic log in to your self serve account and its on the top right of the page! If you can't login click the question mark on the right hand side of the page and ask for it there and the moderators will help you
