Hi there, can you please send me an invoice for my phone bills from April 2022 to September 19 2022. I just closed my account and need the invoices.

fyi @RossN @softech , last I checked (last month i think) you can use SIMon Chatbot to open a ticket with CSA. You can set up to receive an SMS to your Non-Public Mobile phone to verify yourself, and ticket gets submitted.

Pretty cool huh?

Albeit, private message link is great too in this scenario.

@chelseaswilliam hi if you closed your account you will need to private message a customer service agent to get an invoice

Since you closed your account, I assume you cannot open login My Account now and you cannot open ticket with Catbot.  Messaging PM support is the only way:
