is your PM service still up and you account is active? or if it is suspended, has it been suspended for less than 90 days? As long as your account is active, or suspended for less than 90 days, you should be able to access My Account
try to use the Reset Password link there. Enter the correct email address and see if you get the reset password email
if not, then you will need to open ticket with PM Support
