Hey moderators i aske for help about 12 hours ago regarding resetting my service as i paid this morning but it never resetand is inactive still. I missed some imporatant calls today due to this issue .

Not sure why, nobody is online at the moment and it still far from quitting time.

@Jessica26 I am in the same boat - I have been without service since lunch, and my auto pay went through yesterday no problem. Mods are not responding... I PM'd them about 3 hours ago now and nothing.
So, if it is any comfort, you are not isolated in this issue. I know it sucks. If you have access to wifi, I have been using Google voice (free service/app) to make local phone calls on my cell phone over wifi at work and now at home.
