Yes but only through private messaging or through SIMon Chatbot but not on this Community.

This is unfortunately the only way to contact customer support. But they're pretty quick. They message you right in the morning if it's after hours.

You can contact customer support either by submitting a ticket via SIMon or send a private message. What do you need help with? You may not need customer support just community support....?
