Hi,
I tried to port Koodo prepaid phone number when activating account; but, it said that I had to select a NEW number, and then open a ticket to have my current Koodo number ported. Can you please assist? Thanks

yes, for Koodo Prepaid, you need to activate with a new number first. After the account is activated, you will need to submit a ticket with PM agent to ask them to manually bring the number over and close your Koodo prepaid account for you
when activated and ready, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
