To get help click here and fill in the subject line and describe your problem in detail in the body of the message and list the account that you are having the issues. Send the message and when the moderators reply you will see a notification on the envelope icon above. Just click on it and the subject line to review their response.

Did you try the button forget my password? If yes and it didn't work you need to write a message to the moderator here for help..https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 give them details of your problem. Waiting time is few hours to 2 days ..be patient.
