Hi,
Can some one be able to help with access to account for one of my phone? I do not think eversafe was activated for that account and I do not see an option to get OTA code in registered email.
Please advise.

You need to create an Eversafe ID to access your account. Since one have not been created an ID. You need to create one first before accessing your account.
So click on Sign Up and use your register email and password used when activating the SIM.
If you have problems create your ID, private message a CS_Agent to help you create it and to access your account at:

Have you ever authorized any device like your personal pc or laptop, if you did that, you can directly login, just try to remeber

Without the new eversafe and without the sim in a phone of the account, I suspect you're going to need support for that.
