I can't confirm number to get full access or to even use phone. I need agent to give code

@Habtom logout the app, wait 15 mins.  Put the PM sim 8n the phone. Then login the app and try again.  Please wait for at least 5 mins for the code to come

@Bonnie215 It sounds like you are a new customer activating a plan, are you using the Public Mobile app, which is necessary to complete the activation?

Also it's not clear to me the problem you are facing. Do you mean you are having issues with a newly brought SIM card? Providing some more information about your issue will help other users who are here to suggest some solutions.
