Hi out there I am new to the community this is lot to deal with I need to talk to an agent to clear up my problem with my auto pay account looks like I need to start a ticket is there help out there

Briefly describe your issue with autopay and most likely you will get some friendly and useful advises from other customers here.

I think we have seen every single issue with autopay and somebody will provide possible solution to it.

@AL_G   If your phone service is working then you may not need to contact CSA's as a PM system glitch has been sending out errant emails/messages to customers about their payments.  These messages can be ignored if all is well with your service.

 @AL_G : So before you go running off to the CSA's...what problem are you having? Maybe we might have some ideas.

@AL_G   Do you mind to share what you need help with?

 

PM support is great but they don't reply as quick.  Many questions in fact can be helped by Community members like us.  We have a much quicker turnaround time and some of the experts here could know more than the PM Support

 

But of course, if you are dealing with Account issue involve money, like refund or so, you do need to open ticket with PM Support

The ticketing system is have some problems lately, so your better off sending a private message to CS_Agent   to get help with that problem your having.

Just tell them about what happened and they'll get back to you soon to help 🙂

you can try Remove your credit card and Logout and

i suggest you close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and try open one Browser incognito mode,

or try it for a different Browser and open incognito mode,

how to clear cache and cookies and History visit Here link,

and use a Browser from your computer,is better

use Browser microsoft edge or chrome latest version
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

and Restart your computer, is will help a lot,

 

and log in and re-entered your credit details,

 

just make sure your credit card number and your address match the same,

sometime your typing but is a one word or letter or number is a wrong or missing just make sure for it.

 

How To Update or Remove Your Payment

Follow these steps:

1. sign in to Self-Serve.  Once signed in,

2. click on the ‘Payment’ tab,

then scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Manage my card’.

you will have the option to either select ‘Replace this card’, or ‘Remove this card’.

You will need to review and confirm this change to your account,

them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
