In that case, you can pay with Vouchers to regain service then dial 611 and enter the voucher number and pin.
Or dial 1-855-4PUBLIC to make a CC payment.
Then reboot your phone by powering off then back on.

I only missed the monthly payment by a day. I'm really bad at navigating this website I just want to pay my phone bill but it won't let me

What kind of SIM do you have: eSIM or physical SIM?
If neither works as expected physical SIM you can try in another phone to confirm status. Maybe your phone is at fault?
If it is eSIM your only choice is to get another SIM.
You can always talk to agent through mail.

Sorry but you can’t reactivate an old SIM if you stopped payment for longer than 90 days.
You need to pickup a new SIM from a Telus/Koodo store for $10 or $4.99 from Amazon.

@Dylan13 - After 90 days after cancelling your old SIM cards service (After the 90 day suspension or cancellation of your Public Mobile service) you cannot reactivate the SIM card, so you'll have to order a new Public Mobile SIM card.

no tech's here...just us Forum members. Has that sim been used before and deactivated ? If so, you need a new sim. esims are free right now though.
