I just changed my Iphoen and my Sim cannot be acessed on the new phone. So a message ask me to call my carrier (you) to obtain a "PUK code".
Can you help me ?

hi @ioanaC that is not an eSIM, isnt it? if it is eSIm, you would not get that PUK error on the new phone. Please confirm

Hi @ioanaC
There are two things you can do.
A) Download the app on your new iPhone, purchase an eSIM for $5 and download to the phone. This will bypass the need for a PUK code. Then moving forward, you just need to download them without the need to pay.
B) If you really wish to keep the physical SIM card, then contact customer service this way.
