@CS_Agent hello I made a purchase a couple weeks ago but I cannot download the app (overseas phone linked to overseas subscriptions so can’t change App Store location). So I need a refund. I’ve already talked to chat support and they’ve said i need to tag cs_agent who will handle my request. Awaiting your response.
