Hi, my SIM card has been going on and off, and I am planning to buy SIM card. How do I move my existing phone number and account to my new SIM card?

I have an iPhone 14. I also tried putting the SIM card in my iPhone 11, and it does the same thing — it keeps saying ‘No SIM.’ Maybe i’ll just buy a new one? Thank you!🙏

what phone do yo have? sim cards rarely fail
try Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings. And try the sim on another phone
if you really need a new one, buy it from Amazon, only $5. You can then login My Account or the PM app and update it yourself on the Profile page or Account page. After updating the sim card, reboot phone and it should work instantly

Buy a new sim card first. Cheaper to buy from Amazon for $5 or in person from Telus or Koodo store
Then login My Account and change the sim card number on the Profile page
