Need Help purchased canada wide calling And when I call my voicemail it says need long distanve

I have been with public mobile 2 years. Added money to my account and now says I need a long distance add on when I call voicemail..

Did you try dialing your own phone number with a 1 in front? For example, 1647xxxxxx?

 

Does calling other numbers work?

I have PM a moderator. And yes I topped my plan up today and it must have messed up because it says in my plan details that I have unlimited canada wide and yet I cant call out long distance

Does this mean that it's not so much voicemail but that you don't have calling or access to voicemail? Sounds like there must have been a hiccup in your payment or something with your account that likely only the moderators can resolve. Have you sent a private message to them? Include your PM number and some account details or your PIN so they can authorize you right away.

In my account online it says I have unlimited canada wide calling. Ive been with PM for 2 years and I always have had the same plan. Topped up my plan today and BAM no calling

@MikeB1992 try to call your voicemale not by dailing 1 or voicemale

try to dail your phone number from your phonei think its will work

if yes i will goude you how to set it up good

It's strange that this happened when you purchased canada wide calling as it sounds like sometimes the issue is the voicemail number programmed into your phone as PM has some regional ones from what I can gather on searching for your issue
