@damontse if you have activated online, you should have created a My Account login already
But if you activated in store, then yes, the account was not created yet. But you can open ticket with PM Support and they can help

You can also do payments by buying vouchers and dialing 611 to enter them. Or go to some stores and use the real time payments option.
If you signed up in store then yes now you need the help of the support people to set up the login account.
