I want to stop my monthly payment for this number xxx-xxx-xxxx??? And DEACTIVATE it after. I cant login to my account anymore, so I decided to get a new one. Please help!Thanks

@Zya7924  Ask support to remove the credit card information on file right away for you 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

If that doesn’t work you can always send  direct  private message to support .

@Zya7924 , the community consists of other customers at larger helping customers.  If you need to unsubscribe in an account that you no longer want, you need to use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of this webpage to initiate a support ticket.
