you can disable autopay yourself at My Account or you an message support agent if you cannot login
or if you don't care about the phone number, you can in fact work with your credit card and cancel it from that end

@Leelaura1975 Best to have support remove the credit card on file right away , but if you can log into to your account you can turn off auto subscribe
