Try using Private mode and request code to emaol again and stay on Private mode to enter code

I can’t log into my account. It sends my authentication code to my email which is fine. I received that but once I enter that then it sent says it’s sending a code to my phone number and gives me the last three digits of my phone number which are correct But I never received a code even when I click resend code
