The same thing had been happening to me ...and I know I have 100 min Talk included which I rarely use. I figured it out that it was only 2 numbers in my contacts that did this and it was the way they formatted when they were added I guess. I don't know why these 2 formatted differently. The format when you look at your contact should be (xxx) xxx-xxxx. If not edit the number.

No, this is the usual way things happen. Which plan are you on? No phone numbers work?
