Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

No Service   Changed subscription now web say cannot process payment at this time.   What are my options?

reboot the phone once more time, try Reset All networks

if still fails, try the sim in another phone

use your cell and dial 611 to hear current plan status. Rebooting helps sometimes too.

@coco1957 Login using an incognito/private browsing window. Make sure no payment or plan change went through. Then try paying again. Please note that you can schedule a plan change to take affect dueing your next renewal.
