I found out that I was not credited for my credit card automatic payment when I signed up. Now I don't know how to fix it.

@lg1939 - going by your subject "NO SERVICE", it sounds like your account is in Suspended status due to nonpay.
If so, you will need to make a manual payment to the amount of your plan or more on your self serve account.
Then reactivate your services.
If still no service (still saying suspended) go into the lost/stolen feature in your SELF SERVE account and hit "Resume".
Reboot your phone.
If still issues ask CSA for help. Methods to contact the Customer Support Agents (CSA): https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent
If you did not register for an account yet, you can do that here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
Then, log in to your account and you can register a credit card for Autopay going forward.
You can go to the PAYMENT tab to manage Autopay:

As of January 25th, 2022, the old Rewards (including the $2 Autopay Reward) have stopped for new PM customers.

If you are an old PM Reward collector and opted for the new Points program...you can't go back to Rewards.

You are looking for your autopay bonus? The new rewards program which you are most likely under doesn't have an autopay reward. Instead you get 5% of what you pay. However, depending on your plan you can get 500MB of bonus data a month as long as autopay is active.

Are you saying you were not charged at activation OR do you want to set up autopay?
You can still set up autopay if you are activated by signing into self service and choosing the Payment tab.
If you were not charged at activation then maybe your sim is not activated and you can try activating again.
