Are you currently in the USA and trying to use the Roaming Addon services?
Is this your first Roaming Addon, or 2nd, after the first one expired?
Buying back to back of the same type of roaming addon before the full 360 hours (15 days) + 12-24 hours after (this is the silly part) is what needs to be done.
If you are in this boat, you may need CSA to help you sort that out.

Or, try buying a different type/bucket of Roaming addon to get your service up and running, then connect with CSA after to adjust anything on your account if needed.

Set your phone to automatic networks. It should then pick up T-Mobile if you're in their coverage area. Coverage area is not Public's responsibility.
If you do get connected to T-Mobile then data and text should work fine. Talk requires their old 2G. Try to set your phone to connect to 2G. Talk and text would work on that and allegedly data but I tend to doubt it.

@Gabby1231 , please check your online account using incognito mode to ensure that the add-on is showing in the account. If you are unable to connect to T-Mobile, particularly 2G for calling, there is not much else you can do other than initiate a support ticket using the chatbot link and seek a refund.

@Gabby1231 Try going to Network settings on our phone and see if you can manually select another network (T-Mobile or AT&T). Make sure Roaming/Data option is turned on.
