My talk usage is not added in next billing cycle

Hi I am on basic plan and my plan got renewd after a month as I have given credit card to deduct money automatically. I can see the data appear on my account as well as the talk usage but when I try to make a call from my phone, it says that my minutes are no longer available even though they appear in my account. thanks

Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on and see if that helps.

Are you calling a landline? A toll-free? Out of country? Did you try the 1 in front?

for a workaround, download VoIP app TextNow and use it to make calls for now

For actual fix

  • first try to reboot the phone
  • Try to click Reset All Networks and see if it helps
  • and do you have another phone to test the PM sim ? just to make sure it is not a device problem.  Also, that can force a sim card re-provision and it could resolve the problem

if nothing works, PM supports are your friends, open ticket by messaging them and they can refresh your account:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

No @softech unfortunately it does not work. I tried incognito as well as spinner. In my data it says I have used half of the data which makes sense I did but in my minutes, it says I have 0 minutes used and ever since my plan got renewed which was last week, I am not able to make a call. It says on my phone that I have used all available minutes. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Can you try calling adding the 1 in front of the number? Is this all numbers or just some?

If you have renewed for couple days or one of two weeks, you likely still reading off the cached version, so the usage you got was not up to date

An easy way is to click the Spinner on the bottom right of the section to force a refresh.

If you don't see an updated usage still, try to login My Account using Incognito mode (or InPrivate for Edge, Private for Safari) or try again with a completely different browser like Edge/Firefox/Chrome or try on another device.  You should then see the latest info from the server.
