To confirm, @Shihab , you're not chatting with employees of Public Mobile on this forum.
We're just other customers like you.
After ordering SIM cards, they will leave Public Mobile's fulfillment centers within a couple of days, then they're completely in the hands of Canada Post.
If you need one quicker, try a corporate Telus or Koodo location. If you go that route, you might be able to get Public Mobile to refund you the cost of the original one your ordered - but be sure they'll do this by asking them first.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

how long you ordered?? it can be as many as 3 weeks but likely faster
if you already waited 10 days , ask support agent to check, message them here
