My phone has been shut off for no reason and my services are NOT working. Please fix this.

Do you have no mobile connection? You are not connecting to the public mobile network? I have this problem and I think it has something to do with the latest android update...

Login My Account and check if the account status is active

if the service is active, Reboot the phone and it should be good

But if service is On Hold, check if you missed the payment, or ask PM support agent to check if you think it does not make sense.  

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")

Phone shut off or service shut off?

try Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings.  or ask PM to check.  

 Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
