Data not working

Hello, i renewed my plan on sept 27th and ive been with PM for over a year & ive never had an issue. I was almost at my 75g limit and when i renewed my plan from sept 27th-oct27th. Its still said i used 73 of my 75gigs. And then it cut me off so i dont have data anymore. I restarted my phone reset all my settings but nothing is working. I need help asap.

are you in GTA area? you can be impacted by this

but still try to reboot the phone and reset network settings
