My refund for being billed twice!!

I was billed twice yesterday on my first registration how do I contact someone to refund the additional payment please

If you were double charge and us not a pending charge on your statement.

The overcharge will remain in your account as credit to be applied to your next month bill.

If you are tight in funding, you will need to contact a CS_Agent and request for a refund but be warned that it may take up to 30 days to process…time for your next month bill.

Can you provide a screenshot or more details?  You may need to submit a ticket with a CS agent.
