My referral wasn’t confirmed

My wife signed up with PB yesterday using my referral code.

I don’t see my referral in my account page. How to fix this?

If you have the app on your phone, log in. Then go to the rewards section. Scroll down and you'll see your referrals. As mentioned it does take up to 72 hours for it to show up. But you may see the number there on the list. At least her last 4 digits. I've had referrals show up with no notifications myself. Take a peek and see if it's there. If not, check back tomorrow. The "Chick Ching" text you'll get usually comes around 1pm CST.

hi @Snapfab it takes 72 hours for PM to deposit the $10 credit to the newly activated account.  It has not been 72 hours. yet, please check back your wife's My Account in 2 days

did you get the "Cha-Ching" text ? Give it til later today...if not applied by later this afternoon, then send message to Customer Support...
