My plan just got renewed, but i can't make any outgoing calls, i can recieve incoming calls and it has been like this for a while now. I have no idea how to contact the company so im finally writting on this forum. If i dont get rembursed soon or this problem isn't fixed in a few days. I would really appreciate the help and that is why im reaching out otherwise, I am out.

Yes you would hesitate to quickly try lost/found trick on a whim if later you notice $15 in rewards vanished because of it.

Hmm...interesting, but not always perhaps since I didn't see the discount get affected?
Oh well, I guess it's good to warn about it just in case:)

If you prefer to contact moderators remember it may anywhere from an hour to a day to hear back.
Lost/stolen could work but rewards will get messed up and moderators will still needed to fix it.
I don't remember if the autopay rewards got messed up, this was several months ago. But I also don't remember them going missing either, but it's possible I guess. Perhaps OP has other rewards that may get affected though.
This is a known issue and confirmed issue. When I suspected this to be the case, I would ask customers to use the lost phone/found phone toggle. But once it was confirmed, I no longer use this suggestion. It is just creating a future problem. These days the moderator team is much larger and response times are way down. No need to use workarounds.
@will13am Yes I've heard this being mentioned before and other users adding a caution about lost rewards when recommending the lost/stolen trick to reset an account.
So do we know which rewards it affects? Does it affect all or just one or two? Also do these rewards get lost forever or are pushed forward for the next billing cycle.
Since I mentioned that I had used this trick to reset one of my accounts before and wasn't quite sure if rewards had been affected or not (this is the $10 plan). I decided to just go look into the payment history to see what had happened after using the lost/stolen procedure. Initially I was a little confused because PM had credited $10 into the account as a goodwill gesture for the account not getting reset. But after looking through the payment cycle, I see no lost rewards (there is only the autopay rewards on this account). All the payments show autopay and the discount went through before and after the issue despite using the lost/stolen trick.
Perhaps this affects other rewards and not the autopay?
Auto pay for sure. Public Mobile confirmed it.

Were you able to make calls before you renewed your plan? If so, I would suggest you re-apply for the $15 plan or the $25 one. Like a re-boot of the Public Mobile software.

Agree. I recommend adding $1 now. One stone kills two birds.
1. test the autopay cc.
2. trigger PM server to provision acount and hopefully to get account working again.

You said your plan just got renewed? When you log into your account do you still see your outgoing minutes under 'my data and add-ons'? If not is it possible that you have used up all your limited minutes?
You may want to add $5/500 Canada wide minutes to this plan, as these minutes will roll over every month until used but will supplement your plan minutes when you've depleted them before renewal.
If the minutes did not get reset first try rebooting your phone. You can also try the lost/stolen trick to reset the account. Log into your account and select plans/add-ons and report your phone lost and suspend. Log out, wait 5 mins and report phone found and resume service. Restart your phone.
One other thing to try is topping up your account with $1 and restarting your phone.
If nothing works contact moderators so they can check if your minutes were reset to zero at renewal. Submit a ticket to moderators here: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
