This is not the first time my plan didn’t renew and it’s super inconvenient and frustrating!
I need my phone to get back to working ASAP!

Thanks for the reply, I ended up having to change my plan in order for my phone to get up and running again… normally that would frustrate me even more but actually found the pretty much the same plan but for cheaper!

you were not the only one with the Autopay problem in the last 2 days
Try login My Account first, check and see if there is a Pay and Resume service now button? click on it
if the button is not there, go to Payment, Manage Subscription and toggle off Subscribed. Then logout My Account. Wait 5 mins and login again, go back to the same page to toggle on Subscribed and it should renew
