My picture messaging doesn't work. HELP

So whenever I open a picture message it tells me "failed to download multimedia message. Try again later"

I troubleshooted it on the public mobile site and followed the instructions to create a new access point based on an Android phone and it still doesn't let me fetch the picture. What's up with that? What do I have to do now?

Data must be enabled to send and receive mms.  Wifi has nothing to do with it.

are you suggesting i should keep my data on? even when im connected to wifi?

i usually turn off my data off once i get wifi connection. what do u do?

Just so you know, you don't have to turn of wifi. You just have to have data on in order to send and receive mms.

Data must be enabled to send and receive mms. If you already tried that, try another messaging app like Textra or Androind Messages.
