@Kyordey Do you mean the sim card size is wrong? The Public Mobile sim card is 3 in 1, you just remove the outer spacer/s until you get to the right size. If that's not it or what has already been asked perhaps you can elaborate so we can understand the problem better.

@Kyordey , what do you mean by not accepting the SIM card? Is the phone connecting to the network? If not then I wonder if the account activation was successful. Make sure to check that. If it is a mobile data issue you are referring to, check the APN settings against this help article.
